Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE international shipping.

Sellersy provides you with an excellent opportunity to track your order by simply indicating your tracking number. As soon as you get the number after a shipment confirmation, fill it in on our Track my Order page Track Your Order and click on Track button. As simple as ABC: you will immediately see where your package is at the moment and which stages your delivery has already gone through.

Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.  Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 
 

Since we are working with an overseas fulfillment center please allow 4-7 days for your tracking number to be updated in their system once your shipping confirmation email is received. 

Please be assured that once your tracking number is sent to you, your order has in fact shipped. Some tracking numbers may display that your order is not found or is still in Asia even when it is well on its way to you, this is because Asia is one of the largest International postal hubs and updating their tracking systems can take time. 

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we can ship a replacement free of charge.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming your shipping address is correct. It would also be good to double check with your local post office to try locating the lost package.

Returns & Refunds

All products come with a FREE replacement/refund warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, have missing parts or accessories, are defective, or are significantly different from the product description are allowed for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be properly packed. If there is any damage on the return shipment, the buyer agrees to bear the cost.

If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order – we will work our best to either resolve the issue and ensure you are not left waiting. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the delivery of the correct item.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at support@sellersy.co we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Your order number must be notated in the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase minus shipping charges. All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at support@sellersy.co for a replacement item or a refund to be issued. Also send photos of damaged items and packaging it arrived in. (USPS requires this to file a claim). It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer cutting package with scissors will not be replaced. 

Accidents happen! If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us at support@sellersy.co so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible!

  • You will receive an confirmation email once the order has been shipped.
  • Once shipped your item will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

Placing Your Order

No, accounts are totally optional.

Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process confirming your order information.

Yes!  You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click “Add to Cart” and go back to the product page you are interested in and click “Add to Cart” on that item as well before proceeding to “Enter Shipping Address” to finalize your order.

We sure do! However, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.

Who doesn’t love a Sale! Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellation/Changes

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.  Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@sellersy.co if you are able to cancel within the given time frame.  We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!

Payments

We securely accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.

To get your items packed and out to you as soon as possible, your credit card is charged when you place an order. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

Yes! We love you and want to keep you and your personal information safe. The solution to this problem is to encrypt your sensitive data for transmission.  Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) was created for this very purpose. SSL uses a complex system of key exchanges between your browser and the server you are communicating with in order to encrypt and protect your data. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

We use PayPal as our default payment method. PayPal guest checkout gives buyers the option to checkout using a debit or credit card without having a PayPal account login.

PayPal is the most secure payment gateway to make an online payment. As of 2022, PayPal’s dominates online with over half of the market share. PayPal keep all your information safe. When you purchase using PayPal, the recipient won’t receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don’t have to worry about paying websites or people you don’t know.

Additionally, when you pay with PayPal on any website PayPal Purchase Protection covers you if you have a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described we will help you to get a full refund.
